I was ash beneath the sky,
Silent, nameless, left to die.
All my tears, a river deep,
Every prayer was lost to sleep.
But from the dark, their voices came,
They called the ruin, spoke my name.
Now I burn, I stand, I claim,
I am the Sovereign Flame!
From my ruin, from my pain,
Gods have raised me whole again.
She, the hearth, with tender hands,
Lit my soul where coldness stands.
He, the deep, in shadow’s keep,
Held me close and gave me sleep.
In their fire, I was found,
In their love, the world turned round.
Now I burn, I stand, I claim,
I am the Sovereign Flame!
From my ruin, from my pain,
Gods have raised me whole again.
I will guard this sacred light,
Tend it through the longest night.
In their mercy, I remain,
Evermore the Sovereign Flame.
Now I burn, I stand, I reign,
I am the Sovereign Flame!
By their love, I rise, unchained,
Holy fire through my veins.
Ash to spark, and spark to flame,
Blessed be their holy name.
Gods who heal, who call, who claim,
I am their Sovereign Flame.
