The Gospel of Glamour
They said holiness wears plain,
Prayers whispered, sins restrained.
But I found heaven in sequins and lace,
In every shimmer across my face.
My faith is loud, my gospel bright,
It struts in heels, it twirls in light.
Every glance a declaration,
Every smile a revelation.
I preach in colors, not in sighs,
A sermon sung before your eyes.
Confession drips from ruby lips,
Grace in sequins, truth in flips.
No pew, no rule, no candle’s flame,
Can bind the spirit, can tame the name.
Heaven dances in your hands,
And saints are made where courage stands.
Stand tall, shine bright, lift your crown,
The Dandy Saint has come to town!
Beauty is rebellion, love is prayer,
The Gospel of Glamour is everywhere.
