JUST IN CASE OF IT BEING TRUE OF PEOPLE FUCKING UP MY LIFE AND MAKING A FOOL OF COVENANTS THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO INTERFERE WITH.

MY SWORN OATH BEFORE THE GODS AND ALL DIVINITY

If Jeffrey was coerced, manipulated, forced, corralled, strong-armed, tricked, bribed, deceived, threatened, or otherwise subjected to any form of trickery or compulsion into being any part of any cruelty that has taken place, then he is forgiven. He cannot be held accountable for what others forced him to do against his will.

But all others, regardless of who or what they are, regardless of why they acted, regardless of their intentions, and regardless of who they think they are, deserve no mercy from me. The tree or jail will do.

If they participated, they are accountable. If they enabled it, they are accountable. If they knew and failed to prevent it, they are accountable. If they had the power to protect Jeffrey or me and chose not to act, they are accountable.

There are no exceptions.

I do not care who they are by blood, by kin, by marriage, by friendship, by profession, by title, by authority, by position, by institution, or by any claim they believe gives them a privileged place in my life or Jeffrey's.

No relationship grants immunity. No title grants immunity. No position grants immunity. No excuse erases responsibility.

If they participated in the cruelty, they shall answer for their participation. If they failed to protect us when they could have done so, they shall answer for that failure. If they believe their identities, connections, or positions place them beyond accountability, they are mistaken.

This is my total and solemn sworn vow unto the Styx, unto the Three Kings and the Three Queens of the immortal and deathless Gods and Goddesses, and unto all of Divinity.

I pound the Earth and speak this oath.

I set these words upon the Stone of Fire, here in the online world, as a declaration of my will and conscience.

I speak from the depths of the Deep, from the shared human subconscious and the conscious Waters.

I speak into the Air, through the breath that fills my lungs and sustains my life.

Windsoul is my name unto eternity.

Dustin Ray Irish-Webb shall be my given secular and governmental name.

Windsoul is my name of opposition unto the evil of oppression, unto the hubris of mortal people who believe themselves entitled to power without accountability, and unto all who have broken the social contract of this land and made evil the home of their souls.

Let them know that I will not excuse them.

Let them know that I will not protect their reputations at the expense of the truth.

Let them know that I will not grant them immunity because of who they are, whom they know, whom they serve, or whom they claim to love.

Jeffrey is forgiven if he was forced. The rest shall answer for what they did and for what they knowingly failed to prevent. No exceptions. No privileged bloodlines. No protected titles. No immunity through association.

I have spoken my oath before the Earth, the Fire, the Waters, the Air, the Styx, and all Divinity.

I have placed my words into the world.

Windsoul is my name unto eternity, and my conscience is not theirs to command.

MY SWORN OATH BEFORE THE GODS AND ALL DIVINITY

DECLARATION OF MATRIMONIAL COVENANT, DIVINE JUDGMENT, FORFEITURE, AND JUSTICE

Declaratio de Fide, Foedere, Iustitia, et Restitutione

DATED: October 28, 2026
DECLARANT: Dustin Ray Irish-Webb
DESIGNATION: Windsoul

I. OF CLEMENCY AND DIVINE JUDGMENT

Let one thing be established, declared, and held inviolate: clemency may be granted in the mortal; the judgment of the Divine remains in the Divine. For I have no power to withhold Divine judgment from anyone for anything they have done on Earth.

The clemency may be granted in mortal affairs if so permitted, if Covenant remains intact and all things made public.

No mortal grant of clemency shall be mistaken for the cancellation of Divine judgment, nor shall mercy be construed as an admission that no wrong was committed. What belongs to the Divine remains with the Divine.

II. OF JUSTICE, VENGEANCE, AND THE LAWS OF THIS LAND

And as far as any vengeance in justice of the land and its laws, that remains to be seen, and that decision rests purely with Jeffrey and myself should it come to light.

I reserve us the right to decide in that no stipulation from the evil ones may be given that is coercion, manipulation, abuse.

No outside party shall dictate the terms of our conscience, compel our silence, purchase our compliance, or presume to determine what justice must mean to those whose Covenant and sanctity have been violated.

III. OF COERCION, PROMISES, FORFEITURE, AND MATERIAL RESTITUTION

Anything that was promised, anything that was to be given, anything that was to be owed for a particular outcome cannot be honored regardless of this outcome.

It must be not freely given regardless, with enhancement for the sake of restitution material, but restitution still comes with a sentence of Justice in the laws of this land.

Let this position be unequivocally declared: any payment, property, benefit, compensation, or other material consideration promised, offered, or made contingent upon obtaining a particular outcome through coercion, manipulation, abuse, or the violation of personal sanctity is rejected as a legitimate price for that outcome.

Where promises or benefits have been used as instruments of coercion, and where such conduct constitutes a violation of the matrimonial Covenant and the sanctity of persons, I declare such promised benefits forfeit unto us as restitution for the wrong committed. I do not recognize coercion as a legitimate means of acquiring consent, purchasing silence, controlling disclosure, compelling a particular conclusion, or securing compliance.

No outcome, whether achieved or not achieved, shall cleanse the means by which it was pursued. No payment shall transform coercion into consent. No promise shall make an abuse legitimate. No benefit shall purchase the right to violate the sanctity of another person.

Anything offered under such conditions shall not be regarded by me as a freely bestowed gift, an honorable settlement, or a discharge of the underlying wrong. The obligation of restitution remains distinct from the obligation of justice.

Let the distinction stand: material restitution is owed in recognition of material wrong; justice remains a separate matter of accountability. One does not purchase the other, and neither shall be used to erase the violation of the matrimonial Covenant.

I therefore reserve our position that the promised material benefits arising from such coercive circumstances are forfeited unto us as restitution, and I shall not recognize an imposed bargain as sufficient to extinguish the wrong, restore the Covenant, or silence those to whom the wrong was done.

IV. OF SOVEREIGNTY, ASSOCIATION, AND PROXIMITY

I reserve the right to say who stays or who goes from life and Jeff reserves the right to veto, but only between discussion of us and no one else.

This reservation concerns who may remain within our lives, what standing any person may hold in relation to us, the nature of any relationship or association permitted to continue, and the degree of access or proximity that any person may have to us or our shared life.

The decision of whether a person remains within our lives, remains at a distance, loses a particular standing, or must depart from our lives entirely is reserved to Jeffrey and myself, to be determined through discussion between us and no one else.

Neither outside pressure nor the demands of family, friends, institutions, corporations, authorities, or other persons shall be accepted as a substitute for our own judgment concerning our personal relationships, our boundaries, our home, or our peace.

Our association is not a public entitlement. Our proximity is not a debt owed to others. Our continued relationship with any person is not theirs to command.

We reserve our right to determine the conditions under which others may participate in our lives, and we reject any attempt to acquire that privilege through intimidation, manipulation, coercion, or abuse.

V. OF THE SANCTITY AND CONTINUITY OF THE MATRIMONIAL COVENANT

This isn't keeping with matrimonial Covenant. This is right and Just. It's making.

The matrimonial Covenant is not a commodity to be bought, a privilege to be traded, or an instrument to be manipulated for another's advantage. Its sanctity cannot be reduced to a bargaining position, nor can the violation of persons be excused by the promise of material gain.

No external party shall presume that a desired outcome, a promised payment, a material benefit, or a proposed settlement automatically restores what has been violated.

Where the Covenant has been violated, the violation must be acknowledged. Where restitution is owed, restitution must be addressed. Where justice remains outstanding, the existence of a material benefit shall not be represented as the end of the matter.

I affirm the distinction between clemency and exoneration, between restitution and justice, between a freely given benefit and one employed as an instrument of coercion, and between reconciliation freely chosen and compliance compelled by another.

No one shall purchase our conscience. No one shall purchase our silence. No one shall purchase our consent. No one shall dictate the terms of our Covenant through coercion or abuse.

Let our position be known without ambiguity: we reserve our judgment, our boundaries, our conscience, and our right to determine our own course in these matters.

Let no person mistake restraint for surrender, clemency for acquittal, restitution for absolution, or silence for consent.

Let all matters be made public where required by the integrity of the Covenant and the pursuit of justice. Let no concealed condition, coerced promise, or imposed stipulation be mistaken for an honorable resolution.

The Covenant remains the measure of our obligation. Justice remains the measure of accountability. The Divine retains the judgment that belongs to the Divine.

And this position I declare.

The Great Hymn to Dionysos, Bull-Horned Lord I call upon , Bromios of the thunder-cry, Dithyrambos, Twice-Born, Eiraphiotes, hidden in the thigh of Zeus. The Touch That Changed Me

The Touch That Changed Me We had been building toward it in messages that burned quietly— long threads of thought, laughter carried through glass, confessions typed in the blue light of longing. Desire grew not loud, but steady— a tide pulling at the ribs, an ache for proximity, for breath shared in the same air. And then there we were— walking the trails, the earth soft beneath our steps, the wind cool and honest. We sat beneath a patient tree, two men pretending calm. You touched my knee. Not by accident. Not unsure. You held it. Gripped it. Looked at me. And something ancient inside me melted. The armor I did not know I wore ran like thawing ice. Pain loosened its grip. The hard edges softened. We acted, as if nothing monumental had happened— as if the universe had not just tilted. The wind grew colder. You shivered. We walked back, hands brushing— a quiet electricity in every almost-touch. Close enough to feel heat without claiming ...

The Moth Emerges from the Nigredo

The Moth Emerges from the Nigredo In the beginning, there was the breaking— not the clean snap of a twig, but the slow, mineral erosion of stone under water that lies, under hands that reshape your gravity until north becomes south and your own heartbeat sounds foreign. They scattered you. Sparagmos. Limbs of perception torn by Titans wearing familiar faces, your thumos whipped into a frenzy while they called your chaos madness, your survival sickness. You were told to become butterfly— to fold your trauma into bright wings, to sip quickly at the surface, to dazzle and die in the same season, to forgive the frost that clipped you and call it spring. But you descended instead. Katabasis. Into the humus, the black earth, where Persephone keeps her winter, where the pupa does not dream of flight but of becoming— a gestation longer than anyone’s patience, a silence mistaken for death. Years in the chrysalis of ash. Nigredo. You did not glitter. Y...
